Under Section 48A of the Crime and Corruption Act 2001, units of public administration (UPAs) must have a policy for dealing with complaints that involve or may involve the public official or Chief Operating Officer (CEO).

The objective of this policy is to set out how Brisbane 2032 will deal with a complaint that involved or may involve corrupt conduct of its public official or CEO as defined in the Crime and Corruption Act 2001 (CCAct).
