Preview of the new temporary exhibition “Free to Run : on the road to Paris 2024”

“Free to Run” celebrates the history of the marathon - from its first appearance at Athens 1896, to the Mass Participation Marathon at Paris 2024. It presents the marathon as a a mirror to the evolution of society, where personal and social freedom were conquered through sport. It also explores how the marathon was, and is, a catalyst for social inclusion, self-discovery and self-improvement. It will be open until 3 March 2024.
